Strategic Plan
TESSA strives to provide holistic, seamless services to all victims of domestic and sexual violence within our community who seek our services.
As a part of this work, TESSA engaged in a strategic planning process that incorporated four key activities: (1) an all-staff retreat, (2) a community partners’ survey, (3) a client survey, and (4) a Board strategic planning retreat, which included the management team.
In each of the four phases of the planning process, priorities emerged from the various groups of stakeholders that also aligned with TESSA’s mission and vision. The common themes were:
